Davis summers can be hot!
Mornings start off quite cool and slowly warm up
to 90F (32C) around noon. Afternoons during 1-6 PM are the hottest part of
the day, but Davis heat is dry so high temperatures are not too bad (pleasant in the shade).
Temperatures will cool back down at night.
We strongly recommend bringing the following:
Dorms, hotels, the conference center, and other buildings on campus
will have central air conditioning.
- Hat and sunglasses
- Clothing suitable for hot weather
- Comfortable walking shoes
